scope.

these terms apply to use of this site and to purchases made through strategiq solutions studio. the product or service description shown at checkout forms part of the agreement.

customer responsibilities.

customers must provide accurate information, complete required intake, maintain access to the email address used at checkout, and respond to reasonable clarification requests needed to complete delivery.

payment and access.

payment must be successfully completed before paid intake and delivery begin. checkout is processed by stripe. access links and checkout session identifiers must not be shared with unauthorized parties.

delivery.

the funding & opportunities package is scheduled for delivery within 72 hours after complete intake, unless the checkout description states otherwise. incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed intake may extend delivery timing.

no guaranteed outcome.

strategiq provides research, analysis, strategic structure, and practical recommendations. no statement, deliverable, estimate, or opportunity listing guarantees funding, approval, revenue, profit, eligibility, or any other business result.

customer decisions.

customers remain responsible for business, legal, tax, financial, regulatory, application, and implementation decisions. strategiq is not a law firm, accounting firm, lender, grant administrator, or government authority.

intellectual property.

after full payment, the customer may use the final deliverable for their own internal business purposes. strategiq retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, systems, research processes, and pre-existing materials.

refunds.

all sales are final and no refunds are offered, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. review the refund policy before purchase.

acceptable use.

the site and its forms must not be used to submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content, or to interfere with site operation or security.

changes and contact.

these terms may be updated for future use of the site. material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. questions may be submitted through the contact page.
