scope.
these terms apply to use of this site and to purchases made through Strategiq Solutions Studio. the product or service description shown before and at checkout forms part of the agreement.
customer responsibilities.
customers must provide accurate information, complete required intake, maintain access to the email address used at checkout, and respond to reasonable clarification requests needed to complete delivery.
payment, invoice and receipt.
payment must be successfully completed before paid intake and delivery begin. checkout is processed by Stripe. successful purchases are recorded against a unique order and are configured to generate a Stripe-hosted paid invoice. Stripe also creates a payment receipt for successful payments. invoice and receipt availability may follow Stripe processing time.
pricing and promotional offers.
the standard Funding & Opportunity Pack price is $297 CAD before any applicable tax. promotional pricing applies only when an active offer code is accepted by checkout. the Founding 50 offer is limited to the first 50 eligible first-time customer redemptions and reduces the pre-tax purchase price to $50 CAD. promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash and do not change the standard product price.
delivery.
delivery timing for the Funding & Opportunity Pack is confirmed after complete intake is received. incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, inaccessible, or delayed information, or information requiring clarification, may affect the delivery timing communicated to the customer.
no guaranteed outcome.
Strategiq Solutions Studio provides research, analysis, strategic structure, source links, templates, checklists, reminders, and practical recommendations. no statement, deliverable, estimate, opportunity listing, fit assessment, or checked criterion guarantees eligibility, funding, approval, revenue, profit, or any other business result.
customer decisions.
customers remain responsible for reviewing final eligibility factors and for their business, legal, tax, financial, regulatory, application, submission, and implementation decisions. Strategiq Solutions Studio does not submit funding applications on the customer's behalf and is not a law firm, accounting firm, lender, grant administrator, tax authority, or government authority.
tax.
applicable tax is charged only where legally required and configured. customers remain responsible for their own tax treatment and reporting. Strategiq Solutions Studio does not provide tax advice.
intellectual property.
after full payment, the customer may use the final deliverable for their own internal business purposes. Strategiq Solutions Studio retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, systems, research processes, and pre-existing materials.
refunds and statutory rights.
because each paid package requires client-specific research and preparation, all sales are final and no voluntary refunds are offered once checkout is completed. this policy is subject to any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. review the refund policy before purchase.
acceptable use.
the site and its forms must not be used to submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content, or to interfere with site operation or security.
changes and contact.
these terms may be updated for future use of the site. material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. questions may be submitted through the contact page.
