Because work begins after payment and intake, purchases are final once checkout is completed. This includes standard-price and promotional purchases, including the Founding 50 offer.

This policy is subject to any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive a mandatory legal right.

No funding approval, revenue result, grant outcome, business result, legal outcome, tax outcome, accounting outcome, financial outcome, or third-party decision is guaranteed.

If a client submits incomplete or inaccurate intake information, delivery may be delayed while Strategiq Solutions Studio requests clarification. A delay caused by missing or inaccurate client information does not by itself create a voluntary refund right.
